Off to the South side of our grand Lobby you will find a beautiful sitting area for our residents to take time and just enjoy life. Our sitting area features a game table with numerous games, namely puzzles, that all of our residents contribute to completing. Sit together and visit or enjoy time alone and get lost in the charming atmosphere. We offer a TV area , Business Center, WiFi, and more in our front Lobby area. When you venture to the back of our entry you will find an enormous dining area with beautiful windows overlooking our professionally landscaped grounds. We love hosting community luncheons and dinners at Kate Frank and you are welcome to use our gorgeous Community Kitchen. Each of our 9 stories feature a lovely sitting area with books and opportunities to mix and mingle with your fellow residents. Along with our charming sitting areas we have a Laundry Room located on each floor for our residents convenience. We offer a large excersize room for our residents to enjoy planned routines that you can enjoy in a group setting or work out at your leisure. We are a smoke free building!
